Looking for a way to spice things up? Maybe you’re tired of the same old gym workout? Join us for our Pretty Lady Pole Fit classes!
Classes range from pole fitness to chair dancing to boxing and are held daily at the Pretty Lady Pole Fit Studio. Pretty Lady fitness classes are unique, exciting, and provide a great workout. Each class is designed to help the everyday woman tone and strengthen but maintain femininity and sexiness.
All ability levels can participate. Must be 18 years or older.

Class Prices (50 minute classes)

* Pre-Paid: $15 per class; Class MUST be reserved online at least 1 hour before schedule class start time. Payable via our website on the Class Schedule page
* Platinum Package: Unlimited classes for 30 days; $100 per month; No commitment and no sign-up fee. May be purchased in our studio.
* Gold Package: 10 classes for $100; May be purchased in our studio.
* Silver Package: 5 classes for $60; May be purchased in our studio

Class Descriptions
Pole Transitions : Let your inner sex kitten roam free and tone those muscles in the process! This class is suited for the beginner. Learn basic pole moves and transitions, while using your body weight as resistance. (30 minutes)
Pole I: Goodbye Good girl, hello vixen! This class is sure to have you using muscles you never thought you had. Combine moves you have learned from Pole Transitions into a full routine (no spins).
Prerequisite Pole Transitions is suggested
Pole II: Ready to take it to the next level. Pole II will challenge you with a combination of transition moves, strengthening, and simple spins.
Prerequisite Pole I
Pole Fit: Strong = sexy. This conditioning and strengthening class will focus on muscle building and toning of the upper body, midsection and legs. This class will help you gain the strength needed to perform those sexy pole moves.
Hot Seat: This exciting new workout blends Jazz, Hip-Hop, and traditional Ballet choreography with a piece of equipment that everyone has, a chair. Dont be fooled, this is a workout and your heart will be pumping. We dance on the chair, around the chair, and even behind the chair. This workout will tighten those glutes, abdominals and hamstrings too! You will lose those inches in no time!
Pretty Pump: Intimidated by the weight room at the gym? Want to increase your metabolism? Need the motivation of a group environment? Then Chair Fit is the class for you! Chair Fit converts a simple chair into a workout bench and incorporates hand weights and your own body’s resistance. Our instructors guide participants through a full body weight training session designed to tone but not build bulk! The result is a leaner, stronger, and sexier you!
Sexy Flex: Heard of Pilates and Yoga? Ever want to give it a try? Sexy Flex is a blend of Pilates and Yoga and is sure to please. Great for those who want to focus on toning!
POWER Yoga: A soft and free form of Ashtanga Yoga. This form of Yoga will improve strength, balance, flexibility, help relieve stress and tension, and improve focus and posture. Get ready to move, laugh, and sweat!
Striptease: Take it off... The weight we mean. This class takes some of the basic moves of a striptease and combines them with aerobic elements to create a fun, energizing and sexy workout. Careful, this class might improve your love life. (No clothing is removed)
Pilates Mat: Ready to hit the mat? Our Pilates Mat will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates: controlled breathing, postural alignment and neutral spine. We’ll also work on strengthening core muscles and body awareness during our workouts. Join us—no experience is necessary. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT
Personal Training
Take your fitness goals to a higher level with the assistance of our Certified Personal Trainers. We will provide you the assistance you need in order to reach your goals and stay in MINT CONDITION. We make it easy! Our personal trainers watch your form, monitor and track your progress as well as provide objective feedback on your strengths and weaknesses. So grab a girlfriend and come to our small group personal training sessions (1 hour each) or schedule an individual session to get all of the time and attention focused on you!
Small Group Sessions (No more than 5 participants): $30 per person
Individual Session: $45/hour
Class Tips
- * Come prepared to sweat!
- * Wear comfortable clothing. Pole and chair dancing can really become a great workout. We suggest t-shirts, tanks, yoga pants, shorts (highly suggested for pole classes) and any other clothing that allows you to move.
- * High heels may be worn in pole and chair dancing classes. For safety reasons we suggest ankle strap high heels only. Sturdy heels are available for purchase in our studio lobby.
