ABsolute ABS:Feel the burn! This class is 30 minutes of intense core and abdominal work. Develop a sleek and toned midsection as you strengthen your lower back and improve your core strength.

Advance Pole:Wow! If you made it to our advanced level, you are truly addicted. Prepare to learn the best that pole dancing has to offer, as you climb, hang and hold your body with great power and strength. Prerequisite: Completion of Pole III Workshop or above OR permission from the instructor/management.

Beginner Belly Dancing: Belly dancing involves isolated movements of muscle groups such as the abdomen, arms, and legs. Belly dancing provides a fully enjoyable dance lesson and workout. In this class you will learn some of the basic moves and rhythms that make up "belly dance."

Beginner Pole (Level I): Goodbye Good girl, hello vixen! This class is sure to have you using muscles you never thought you had. Perfect moves you learned in Pole Intro and learn simple spins.

Burlesque:This is a dance class that increases strength, flexibility and teaches dance routines with the sauciness, sassiness, and humor of traditional burlesque.

Hot Seat: This exciting new workout blends Jazz, Hip-Hop, and traditional Ballet choreography with a piece of equipment that everyone has, a chair. Dont be fooled, this is a workout and your heart will be pumping. We dance on the chair, around the chair, and even behind the chair. This workout will tighten those glutes, abdominals and hamstrings too! You will lose those inches in no time!

Pilates: Our Pilates will work your body while you work some moves on the mat. Pilates employs a method of physical and mental exercises that focus on strengthening the abdominal core. MAT NEEDED

Pole Fit: Strong = sexy. This conditioning and strengthening class will focus on muscle building and toning of the upper body, midsection, and legs. This class will help you gain the strength needed to perform those sexy pole moves.

Polercise: Looking for a cardio class with a twist? Polercise is the class for you! You won't learn new spins/tricks instead you'll have a heart pumping aerobic workout. This class is suitable for anyone (beginners to advance) and is a great way to burn calories and get in shape while having a blast.

Pretty Pump: Intimidated by the weight room at the gym? Want to increase your metabolism? Need the motivation of a group environment? Then Pretty Pump is the class for you! Pretty Pump converts a simple chair into a workout bench and incorporates hand weights and your own body’s resistance. Our instructors guide participants through a full body weight training session designed to tone but not build bulk! The result is a leaner, stronger, and sexier you!

Small Group Personal Training: Need extra motivation to exercise? Studies show that most people will workout more regularly when they have a trainer (which helps with accountability and demonstrates commitment). Our Small Group Personal Training offers an affordable way to workout with a certified personal trainer. This small group (no more than 5 participants) personal training program is designed to ensure you meet your fitness goals. For 8 sixty minute sessions workout with our Certified Personal Training, Arminta Crosby, as she leads you through a program to get you in shape and help you shed those extra pounds. Striptease: Take it off... The weight we mean. This class takes some of the basic moves of a striptease and combines them with aerobic elements to create a fun, energizing and sexy workout. Careful, this class might improve your love life. (No clothing is removed)

Video Vixen: Strap on your stilettos and join us for this aerobic dance class that will have your heart pumping and your body fierce! This class is a blend of jazz and hip-hop moves desgined to provide an excellent cardiovascular workout. Stay in great shape while learning a few hot dance moves. (stilettos are optional)

Class Tips
- * Come prepared to sweat!
- * Wear comfortable clothing. Pole and chair dancing can really become a great workout. We suggest t-shirts, tanks, yoga pants, shorts (highly suggested for pole classes) and any other clothing that allows you to move.
- * High heels may be worn in pole and chair dancing classes. For safety reasons we suggest ankle strap high heels only. Sturdy heels are available for purchase in our studio lobby.
